Beta Period — No Charges

MateX is currently in beta and is provided completely free of charge. During the beta period, no payments are collected and no subscriptions are required. Because there are no charges, there is nothing to refund.

When Paid Plans Launch

When we introduce paid plans after the beta period, this page will be updated with a comprehensive refund policy covering subscription billing, cancellation, pro-rated refunds, and any applicable guarantees. We will notify all users before any paid features are introduced.
